Ashleigh favours the advanced technique of cannulas over needles for both her lip and other dermal fillers procedures.
Cannulas make treatment much more comfortable for the client, with the added benefits of less swelling, less post-op pain and less risk of complications during treatment.
Sunekos is an revolutionary new treatment for the face, neck, décolletage, under eye and hands
Once treated clients can expect
Sunekos works by increasing cellular regeneration. It's formula is made up of hyaluronic acid and amino acids, this is injected into the dermal layer of the skin which in turn stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, this process is called biogenesis or as we like to call it... fountain of youth
To get optimal results a course of 3-4 will be recommenced by your practitioner. A single booster treatment should be performed every 6 months for long lasting results
Dermal fillers (Hyaluronic Acid) such as Restylane, Juvederm and Belotero are used to enhance and sculpt the face; they are also an effective treatment for deep lines and volume loss. They are a temporary non-surgical solution to achieve younger looking skin. Fillers can be used to restore volume and contour. Common treatment sites include nose to mouth lines (naso-labial folds), mouth to chin lines (marionette lines) cheeks, lips, jawline and tear troughs (eye bags, dark circles). HA Acid fillers last on average 6-9 months but can last longer when using premium products. Scroll for more information. ⤵️
As your skin ages it loses collagen and elastin. These elements are vital in giving the face the structure and support it needs to stay looking young and fresh . As the face loses volume it can cause the cheeks to become sunken and “Jowls” can appear. Sun exposure, stress, pollution and smoking can also add towards premature ageing of the skin.
Botulinum Toxin is a powerful drug that has the ability, when injected to temporarily relax facial muscles. By doing this it can reduce or eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, it can also prevent new lines forming over a period of time.
It is mostly used for frown lines, forehead lines (lines when lifting eyebrows) crow’s feet lines and can even treat a “gummy smile” Botulinum toxin can also be used to treat a variety of other conditions such as excess sweating and has been known to reduce to symptoms of migraines.
Plasma treatment is fairly new to the aesthetic industry but is becoming ever more popular in the search for looking younger and anti-aging.
Plasma works by a process of sublimation, this plasma beam causes tiny controlled trauma to the epidermis (first layer of skin) this trauma promotes collagen production, remodelling and results in the skin becoming tighter and smoother.
Plasma can be used on multiple areas on the face and body but is particularly excellent for Non Surgical Blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelids). There are no scalpels used and the downtime following treatment is minimal (4-6) days. To achieve maximal results when it is recommend that a course of 2-3 treatments are carried out 6 weeks apart. Scroll for more information.
Results last on average 2-3 years and can be used to treat, fine lines around the lips, loose skin in the jowl areas, neck, full face rejuvenation, arms, hands and skin tags.
You can expect -
1 hour before treatment, a topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the areas to be treated to make the procedure comfortable. During the treatment you may feel a little discomfort but this will be minimal. Treatment itself takes about 30-45 minutes depending on size of area treated.
The area treated will be hot and swollen for a couple of days following treatment. You will also notice tiny brown dots (eschars) from where the plasma has touched the skin, It is important you do not pick these, they will eventually fall off . Full healing can take 2 weeks with some people experiencing some redness for an extended time, this is usually temporary. Its important to wear a high factor SPF during the healing period, We will also give you some healing serum to apply to the area.
The latest technology in skin remodelling and rejuvenation.
Micro needling uses multiple needles the penetrate the skin at a vertical plane up to a depth of 1.5-2mm depending or area treated This is in turn stimulates the dermal processes leading to skin tightening and remodelling. As opposed to dermal rolling, micro needling gives much better results, minimal epidermal damage, less pain and less downtime.
Micro needling results are comparable to other aesthetic treatments such as Fraxel, Laser resurfacing and IPL but at a fraction of the cost.
